Grey waste water tanks will stay open if hooked up to city water or hose. Campers, depending on size require 50 or 30 amp power. Ac will not run off of house outlet.
50 amp campers will not be hooked up to 30 amp source during spring-fall. Improper power source upon delivery may result in rental cancellation and loss of deposit.
Campers must be set up on flat ground. If your delivery location is a muddy field or sharp hill unable to be level it may result in cancellation. If renter is more than 1 hour late please call ahead. We do not allow pets. We are not responsible for Allergies or Ants. Call if you need help with something before attempting to fix it.

Our knowledgeable and friendly team is always here to help. If you have a problem with something Please call or text before trying to fix the issue. I am available 7 days a week to troubleshoot issues. Depending on the issue owner may or may not come out to site to fix issue.
AC, heat, electricity, and hot water are commodities and owner will not refund any moneys if they stop working during rental. If something is broken renter will not get back deposit until issue is assessed and quoted by technician within 48 hours of end of rental.
If no fault of renter then deposit is refunded.
While renting communication needs to be immediate.
If I send you a text or call I expect to be replied to asap.
During rental if you ignore my contact I will end the rental and come pick it up in the middle of your stay with no refund.

renter can not reduce quote by taking items off and there are no discounts and refunds after the rental begins.
